@Bowflex Max Trainer ~ Burns Twice the Calories in Half the Time! ~ By @NautilusFitness

Bowflex Max Trainer
by: Nautilus

Having had the opportunity to review the Bowflex UpperCut, I have come to realize the great benefits and quality the Bowflex brand offers and would love to share with you a new product!

The Bowflex MAX Trainer™ , designed to take the popular elliptical experience to a new level, the MAX Trainer combines the movement of a traditional elliptical with a stair stepper to create a one-of-a-kind cardio workout.  to burn up to two-and-a-half times the calories of other exercise equipment including treadmills, steppers and elliptical. The secret behind this new cardio machine lies in its industrial design, enabling full body movement and engaging the upper body 80 percent more than a traditional elliptical, while remaining easier on the joints than running on treadmill. It features a 14-minute interval workout that maximizes the benefits of afterburn and can increase metabolism up to 48 hours after a workout is completed.

What makes the Bowflex MAX Trainer™ revolutionary?
  • It burns up to two-and-a-half times the calories of other fitness equipment on the market and engages the upper body 80% more than a traditional elliptical
  • It keeps you burning calories even after you are done with the workout
  • Its design is inspired by motorcycles, so not only does it look cool, but it’s also fun to use
  • It allows you to track workouts via free MAX Trainer™ app
The Bowflex MAX Trainer™ is now available for purchase online, starting at $999.

  1. This sounds like a good machine. But I cannot use ellipticals, they hurt my knees (I know they are low intensity but I always hurt my right knee on an elliptical, always). I like their price, though.

  6. I have had the max for a shot time I am at ten minutes at set speed and ten minutes ion intervals I do separate the workouts but have seen results already. The burn rate I can achieve is about 720 calories per hour. Not that I could do it for an hour but ten minutes seems to work. Working up to 14 minutes for each one.
